Cilantro Lime Shrimp

Shrimp is packed with protein and low in calories making it a delicious and filling choice for lunch or dinner. Serve this over brown rice and it is sure to please. This can easily be doubled!

2 t. extra virgin olive oil
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 cloves garlic, minced
