Easy way to make pretzels that are as good (or better!) than the pretzels at the mall.

1 ½ c. warm water (about 85 F)
1 ¼ tsp. active dry yeast
2 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. bread flour
1-2 c. all-purpose flour
Water Bath
2 c. warm water (about 85 F)
2 T. baking soda
Topping
1/4 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
