Cinnamon & sugar roasted chickpeas. Sweet, crunchy, and oh so addictve.

15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 Tbsp oil (coconut, vegetable, or olive)
1 ½ Tbsp sugar
½ Tbsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
