Classic Baked Lasagna

This is my mother's recipe and a family favorite. Will feed a lot of people or a few for several nights. Watch out, though. It disappears fast!

4 lbs ground beef 90% lean
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp minced onion flakes
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Basil
¼ tsp Oregano
12 oz can plain tomato paste
12 oz of water
3 cups Ricotta Cheese
3 Eggs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
3- 4 cups shredded mozzarella
8 lasagna noodles, boiled
