Classic Shepherd's Pie
Another meal I had never had until I lived in England. It is a simple all-in-one meal that will be sure to please. Feel free to substitute the lamb with minced turkey or beef to make a cottage pie.

1 lb minced lamb
1 small chopped onion
5 potatoes boiled, mashed and seasoned to taste (I like mine with extra garlic)
16 oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables
8 oz shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
6 good dashes of Worcestershire sauce

Brown the minced lamb and onion together until there is no more pink lamb.
Drain the fat from the onions and lamb then add the Worcestershire sauce and mint, salt and pepper to taste.
