6 ounces uncooked elbow macaroni pasta ( about 1 ½ cups uncooked, or 3 cups cooked )
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 sweet onion ( diced )
2 cups chopped celery
1 red bell pepper ( diced )
3 hard boiled eggs ( sliced )
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 teaspoons minced garlic

2 cups chopped celery
