3/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons curry powder (or more for stronger flavor)
2 12 ounce cans evaporated milk
1 13.5 ounce can coconut milk
8 ounces heavy cream
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
4 cups jasmine, long-grain white, or brown rice, cooked
