Coconut Granola Crusted Avocado Fries

These quick and easy avocado fries are crusted in honey granola and brown sugar and served with a healthy strawberry Greek yogurt dip!

1 Cup Gluten Free Granola (I used Bobs Red Mill Honey Oat)
½ Cup Sweetened coconut flakes
½ Cup Old fashioned rolled oatmeal
¼ Cup Brown sugar, packed
½ tsp Cinnamon
3 Large Egg whites
2 Large avocados
Cooking spray
For the dipping sauce:
½ Cup Plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
½ Cup Strawberries, roughly chopped
1- 1½ Tbsp Honey or maple syrup, to taste (or sweetener of choice)
