Coconut Pecan Sweet Potato Casserole

This sweet & savory casserole is full of flavor, with shredded coconut, sweet potatoes and a buttery, brown sugar and pecan topping! I've been making it for Thanksgiving dinner for over 20 years now and my family loves it!

4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. milk
1 t. vanilla extract
1/2 t. salt
3/4 brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. chopped pecans
6 T. melted butter
