Coconut Wheat Waffle

Low cal/carb waffles

1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup sprouted wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
Sift the dry ingredients. Add the milk and spoon mix together. Mix the egg white until the make soft peaks then fold into batter. Makes three
