Love these scrumptious, sinful Applebee knockoff blondie brownies, but I added apple chunks! Perfect with a heaping scoop of vanilla ice cream on a warm brownie and drizzled with rich, maple cream cheese sauce

Apple Blondie Brownies:
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 Granny Smith Apple, chopped
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Maple Cream Cheese Sauce:
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon maple extract or maple flavoring
