One of our all-time favorite dishes, made at home – from ingredients you probably already have in your pantry! The best part? You don’t have to pay a tip! ????

4 chicken breasts, pounded to ¼” thick
1 cup balsamic vinaigrette
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
fresh parsley ( for garnish )
Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups sliced white mushrooms
2 cups beef stock
¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
2 tablespoons brown sugar
