Corn & Potato Chowder

Serve this soup with some french bread and you've got yourself an easy, economical, comforting meal!

6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups water
2 red potatoes, cubed
1 package frozen corn
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon flour
Cook the bacon slowly in a large saucepan until crisp; remove and drain on paper towels. Add onions to pan and cook until transparent but not brown, about 10 minutes.
