Fun and easy way to put a nice flair to your chicken. Usually serve on rice as a good side dish.

4 Skinless Boneless Chicken breasts
8 oz of Catalina dressing
1 packet of onion soup mix
1 can of Cranberry Sauce (whole or jellied)
Optional: Rice to serve under the chicken.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Cut 4 chicken breasts in half and lay in a 9x13 baking dish (raw). Set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl mix the cranberries, Italian or Catalina dressing, onion soup mix in a bowl.
4. Smother chicken in baking dish with mixture.
5. Cook in the oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees (uncovered).
Optional: If you are serving on top of rice, cook rice now or when chicken is about half way done depending on what kind of rice you use.
