Cranberry Oatmeal Bars are the perfect breakfast or anytime snack idea. Slightly sweet with a little tartness make this recipe a winner!

1/2 stick butter melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats ( not instant )
½ cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp orange zest
pinch salt
2 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
2 tbsp fresh orange juice
2 tsp white whole wheat flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar
to taste white chocolate ( optional )
