¼ cup wheat bran
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup cranberries
½ tsp. kosher salt
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 ½ cups So Delicious Vanilla Coconut Creamer or Vanilla Soy Milk
½ cup natural applesauce
2 tbsp. light butter, melted
¼ cup egg substitute or equivalent to 1 egg
