Creamy Millet Porridge is healthy and rich - a perfect way to start your day!

1 c. uncooked millet
3 c. unsweetened almond milk
2-3 Tbs. honey or agave nectar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Dried fruits and nuts to taste

Heat a medium sized pot over medium heat.
Rinse the millet in a strainer and drain well. Add millet to the pot and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring often. Millet should dry and slightly toast.
