¼ cup parmesan cheese
¼ cup 1% milk
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
20 medium shrimp, left whole
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 ½ tbsp white cooking wine
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 ½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh chives, diced
1 cup quick cooking grits
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
