Creamy Tender Reuben Sandwich

This reuben sandwich has homemade thousand island dressing, and a home cooked corned beef brisket that makes for a creamy tender sandwich with lots of homemade goodness my family loves.

1 corned beef brisket cooked and thinly sliced
thinly sliced Swiss cheese
1 loaf pumpernickel bread
1 c Helmanns real mayonnaise
1/2 c ketchup
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tb sweet pickles
1tb sweet pickle juice
2 tsp prepared horse radish
3 cloves smashed and chopped garlic
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp mustard seed
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp celery seed
2 hard cooked eggs chopped
1 jar sour kraut drained and squeezed
2 tb butter
2 tsp caraway seed
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
thinly sliced Swiss cheese
