This recipe may look complicated, but it really is easy to throw together! It’s a great quick weeknight dinner!

16oz/450g package good quality tortellini
•1 6oz/170g piece pancetta, chopped into small cubes
•2 cloves of garlic, chopped
•1 cup/250ml whipping/heavy cream
•½ cup/120ml white wine
•½ cup/40g grated Parmesan cheese
