Creamy chicken soup with corn, black beans and fresh cilantro.

1-2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
1-2 teaspoons chopped chipotle in adobo (from a can)
6 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
2 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup frozen corn
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
