Crispy cauliflower fry

Crispy cauliflower fry is a very good vegetarian appetizer which takes very less time .simple to make and tastes great..my kid enjoys eating this apptizer when ever I prepare at home. You can even use this recipe as a base to prepare Gobi Manchurinan.

20 Cauliflower florets
2 tsp corn flour
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp termeric powder
1/2 tsp red food color(optional)
1/4 garam masala powder
1 tsp grinder garlic paste
Oil for deep frying
2 tsp coriander leaves
1/4 tsp Chat masala
Wash the cauliflower florets and drain the water completely.Marinate the cauliflower with corn flour,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,salt,garam masala and set it aside for 5 to 6 min. Heat oil in a deep pan ,when oil is hot add the marinated cauliflower florets one by one at a time and fry them untill they turn crisp or weel cooked.(If you wish to bake in oven preheat the oven at 375 F and arrange the marinated cauliflower with skewers and bake for 25 min and reduce the temperature and bake the cauliflower at broil for 5 min.) Drain the exess oil on paper towel and transfer to to serving dish sprinkle a pinch of chat masala and garnish with corinder leaves and serve the hot crispy cauliflower. Note You can even bake the cauliflower instead of deep frying These fried cauliflower can also be seasoned with sauce and onions to prepare gobi manchurian.
