This flavorful pork taco filling is crispy, but not dry. It's the best we've ever tried, and it all comes together easily in the slow cooker.

1 (2 lb.) pork tenderloin
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped onion
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 teaspoons chopped chipotle in adobo sauce
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
