The perfect fall meal that will make your house smell delicious! The perfect combination of savory, sweet and tart!

1-3lbs pork tenderloin (depending on how many you are feeding)
1 Medium fuji apple (rinsed and sliced)
1/4 cup all natural sugar free apple sauce (or 3 tbs of honey)
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 onion (sliced)
4 Large sweet potatoes (I usually use 1 per person)
1/2-1 tablespoon ghee (or butter)
sea salt and pepper (to taste)
2 cups organic pomegranate juice
