When it gets to the end of the month, and your pantry is getting low, and the paycheck doesn't come for a few days, what can you cook for dinner? We keep a plethora of dried beans on hand for just such an occasion. This crocpot chili is tasty, cheap, and really easy. Serve with cornbread or rolls on a cold winter day and enjoy!

1 cup kidney beans
1 cup great northern beans
1 cup black beans
1lb lean ground beef
1 (12oz) can diced tomatoes
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp garlic
Chili powder (to taste)
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Put your dried beans in your crocpot and cover with water about two inches.
Put the lid on, and let soak overnight
