I love cheese in my desserts and I eat it quite often. So I though to make a cake with less calories and more cheese! So I eliminated the loaf. Here\\\'s the result.

- 500 g fresh cow cheese;
- 4 eggs;
- 2 tablespoons of powder sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of raisins (optional);
- 3 tablespoons of milk;

- 30 g melted butter;
- 1 tablespoon of wheat semolina;
- a pinch of salt;
