These healthy and delicious cucumber rolls are so simple to make and taste fantastic. They’re stuffed with creamy avocado and are full of nutrition. They’re definitely a crowd pleaser and would be fabulous for a party appetiser – it’s not often you find healthy and delicious party food. The best part about this recipe is that it’s inexpensive to make and only uses a few ingredients. Hope you enjoy them!

Juice from 1 lime
2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
3 basil leaves
Pinch of black pepper
