Dahi Bhindi /Tangy Indian Okra in Yogurt

Here is an quick and extremely tasty okra (Bhindi) recipe in yogurt sauce.

200 to 250 Grams Bhindi/Okra
1 Medium onion, finely chopped
1 Medium ripe red tomato
3-4 Finely chopped Green chilis
Handful of Cashew Nuts
1 Tablespoon Gram Flour/Besan
½ Cup Yogurt/Curd
3-4 garlic cloves(Grated)
½ Inch Ginger(Grated)
1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds/Jeera
½ Teaspoon each of Coriander powder/dhania powder,Cumin Powder,Turmeric powder/haldi and Garam Masala
½ cup water
2-3 Tablespoons oil
Handful of chopped coriander leaves/Cilantro
Salt as per taste
