Dairy-Free Banana Bread

A simple banana bread that you can enjoy even if you can't have dairy.

2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup bananas
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well combined. Pour into 2; 8x2" loaf pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from pan and let cool on a cooling rack.
