Dairy-Free Peaches and Cream Crumble

Peaches. Cinnamon. Dairy-free cream. Absolute heaven. This baked peach recipe is also gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free, and soy-free.

2 peaches, halved and pitted
¼ cup plus 4 tsp coconut oil, melted
½ cup almond flour
¼ cup shredded coconut
4 dates, pitted and chopped
¼ tsp cinnamon
? tsp sea salt

A Spanish omelette is also known as tortilla de patatas in Spain where it is a tapa and it consists of just four ingredients plus seasoning. It is a Spanish classic dish for very good reasons.
