{Dairy Free} Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower (trust me)
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice as needed, mine needed 2-3 cubes
Starting with almond milk, add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes. Pour into glass, sprinkle with pumpkin granola (optional). Enjoy!
