4 cups all purpose flour
2 cups dark chocolate cocoa powder
4 cups granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups sour cream
1 cup canola oil
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 1/3 cups hot water

Raspberry Buttercream Frosting Ingredients:
2 cups unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups raspberry jam, strained and seeds discarded
3 cups confectioners' sugar
