Dirty Rice is a southern favorite of my son. What is nice about this recipe is that you can control the spice level. I like it less spicy where my son loves a lot of spice! This is delicious and easy! Robin

4-5 cups cooked rice

1 lb. uncooked sausage or ground beef. I used 1/2 pound each.
1-2 Tablespoons Creole Seasoning (Tony Chachere's)
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. dried chopped parsley
