This is comfort food at its best! A bed of roasted broccoli layered with tender chicken breasts topped with a delicious creamy sauce with the hint of citrus. The presentation is gorgeous!

4-6 large chicken breasts, cooked (see notes)
2 large bunches fresh broccoli flowers, steamed or roasted
1 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip, your preference
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Crushed potato chips or saltine crackers
