Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All-purpose Flour 3?4 Cup
Xanthan gum 3?4 Teaspoon
Salt 1?2 Teaspoon
Baking powder 1?2 Teaspoon
Hersey's Cocoa 1 Cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1?2 Cup
Eggs 2
Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 Cup
Cold water 1?4 Cup
Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips 1/2 cup
Peanut Butter Chips 1/4 or more if you desire
Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spray 8 x 8 inch square pan with cooking spray. In a small bowl combine flour, xanthan gum, salt, baking powder, and cocoa. Mix and set aside. In a large bowl, whisk oil and eggs together until combined. Add vanilla and sugar. Slowly mix in flour mixture and water. Once all flour is combined add chocolate chips, spread evenly into pan, and then sprinkle the peanut butter chips. Bake on center rack for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out with just a few crumbs. Cool completely and serve.
