3-4 pounds chuck roast
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 envelope Italian Dressing mix
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix
1 envelope Beef Stew mix
1 can of beef broth
1/4-1/2 cup of water
16 oz bag of baby carrots
3 potatoes, chopped
1 onion, thickly sliced
