Easy Baked Apples with a Cinnamon Nut Stuffing. Warm, filling, wintry tastes of cinnamon and apple collide in this simple but delicious kick ass dessert.
2 apples
Juice of half a lemon (lemon concentrate works fine too)
ΒΌ cup/50 gr butter (or your favourite substitute)
? cup/25 gr ground nuts (e.g almonds and/or hazelnuts)
? cup/25 gr raisins
1-2 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Optional
Dried dates or other dried fruit in place of raisins
Add vanilla or rum aroma
Add marzipan to the nut mix
