An delicious & easy Broccoli Cheese Soup with tender chunks of broccoli in a savory, creamy cheese broth!

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of potato soup
2 cans 2% milk (approximately 2 3/4 cups)
1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli (cooked and drained)
12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite hard cheese)

This crispy fried chicken sandwich recipe is better than Chik-Fil-A, Popeye's or McDonald's! The chicken breast is brined in pickle juice, breaded with flavorful seasonings, fried until golden brown, and then piled on a toasted brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayonnaise. 1/2 c dill pickle juice
2 c all purpose flour
2 T confectioners sugar
2 t baking powder
2 t paprika
2 t kosher salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
