Easy Coconut macaroons recipe

Coconut macaroons are sweet in taste , cruncy on outside and moist and chewy inside.This is very simple and easy recipe which everyone can try at home.

7 oz Shredded coconut sweetened/ plain
1/4 cup Sugar
2 large Egg white
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. Flour
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a mixing bowl beat the egg white,addcoconut ,sugar ,vanilla extract and flour . 3. Combine well using 2 forks. 4. Shape into mounds on baking sheet using spoon or scoop. 5. Bake about 20 minutes ,until edges are golden brown in color. 6. Once done cool and serve the crunchy macaroons . Note To make coconut almond macaroons,just add 1/4 cup of ground almonds. To make chocolate coconut macaroons dip the macaroons in melted chocolate and roll to coat edges.
