A Poboy is a New Orleans specialty. This dish is an easy crockpot way to make this dish quick and easy. What is debris, you ask? Just what the word implies, lots of little, tiny pieces of roast beef mixed with a rich juice. This kind of poboy is one of the messiest poboys you will ever eat. It’s so messy but so yummy! The poboy is "dressed" with mayo, lettuce and tomato.

2 3/4 lbs sliced roast beef from the deli section of your grocery store
3/4 lb finely shaved roast beef from the deli section of your grocery store
french bread
32 oz container beef stock
1 container Knorr Homestyle Stock
3 tbsp Mc Cormick Brown Gravy Mix
Put the 2 3/4 pounds of sliced deli roast beef in your crock pot. Then scatter the 3/4 pounds of shredded roast beef throughout. Pour in the beef stock then cut the Homestock "jelly" into little pieces...
