EASY GARLIC BEEF AND BROCCOLI

Delicious garlic sauce makes this beef and broccoli shine!

2 tablespoons canola oil
1 - 1.5-2 pound flat iron steak, cut against the grain
3-4 cups fresh broccoli florets
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons mirin
1 teaspoon sesame oil
