Easy Homemade Greek Style Pita Bread

Store bought Pita Bread is almost always loaded with preservatives and ingredients you can’t pronounce. There’s no reason to give in to this sub par version of a Greek favorite when you can make homemade Greek Style Pita Bread that is easy to make, contains simple ingredients, is vegan and dairy free, and packed with flavor!

3 cups AP flour or 384 grams
1 and ½ tablespoons sugar
2 and ¼ tsp yeast or 1 packet
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup and 1 tbls warm water
1 tbls oil of choice (I used Grapeseed)
