Easy Minestrone Soup Recipe

Here\\\'s a delicious easy to make minestrone soup recipe. This soup is amazing!

1 pound Italian Sausage (I used the store brand in a chub roll)
½ onion - diced
4 cups water
1 teaspoon beef bullion (I use Better Than Base Beef)
1 - 14.5 ounce can Italian Stewed Tomatoes with juice
1 cup carrots - chopped
1 can white beans with juice
2 zucchinis - cut in half lengthwise and then sliced into bite-sized pieces
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
2 cups spinach - stacked the leaves and then cut into strips

6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
