Easy One Pot Chicken Spaghetti

184

This chicken spaghetti is super cheesy, super creamy, and very easy to make! Friends and family ask for it at every gathering! This recipe is easily adjustable. Use as much chicken as you want your spaghetti to have as well as as much cheese and noodles. I use 4 large chicken breasts, 3/4 of a large package of noodles, and the whole block of cheese. I can serve up to 10 people with one pot on the stove! Add some garlic bread, a salad, and voila dinner is served!

(4) Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Thin Spaghetti Noodles, Block of Velveeta Cheese, 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 Can of Rotel
Boil chicken in a large pot until done. I tend to keep my chicken going for up to an hour. 15 minutes would be fine, but I might just have chicken paranoia! Pull chicken out of water and shred or cube, your preference, on a baking pan and then slide into a lightly warmed, about 200 degree, oven to keep warm. Add spaghetti noodles to the water used for chicken and boil until done. Adding butter will help them not stick together and I also add a dash of garlic salt. When noodles are nice and soft drain the water from the pan and add the chicken to the noodles. Next add your cheese. I like to cube it and warm it a touch in the microwave for easy stirring. Add two cans of cream of chicken soup. Drain your rotel and add to the pot. Stir it all together and enjoy!!
