This simple and easy Paleo salad recipe features a dairy free, lightly spiced, ranch style dressing which only takes a couple of minutes to actually make

For The Tangy Avocado Ranch Dressing
1 large pitted avocado
1/2 cup of fresh full fat coconut milk
2 Tablespoons of fresh lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons of dried or fresh chives,
3/4 teaspoons of dried dill
1 teaspoon of dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon of fresh garlic powder
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1/4 cup of water - this is to thin out the dressing
( This makes around 1 cup of dressing)

For The Salad Ingredients
6 cups chopped Romaine
8 slices chopped and cooked bacon
3 sliced hard boiled eggs
1 cup of sliced grape tomatoes
