I’m just going to break this thing down for you. The noodles cook right in the sauce to amp up the flavor. It’s a one pot meal, meaning only one pot to wash. And it’s spaghetti, need I say more? The flavor is delicious,the chili powder gives it just a little kick to make it stand out in a crowd of bland spaghetti. This dish ticks all the boxes: Taste-check. Easy to make- check. Plates licked clean-check.

1 lb ground beef
¼ C onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 c. water
3 c. tomato juice
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic salt
1 package spaghetti
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
