This is very simple and easy vegetable salad,an excellent for any vegetarians.Use fresh vegetables for this delicious salad.

1 tomato,cubed
1 cucumber,peeled and cubed
1 Romain lettuce,chopped
1 sweet pepper,cored and chopped
3-4 mushrooms,sliced
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl,combine all vegetables. Mix well.
Step 2
Add vegetables oil. Stir well to combine.
