Egg less cakes made using overripe banana are so soft that it would be tough to believe that on hasn't used eggs in it!

ingredients:- 1 cup(130 gm) plain flour,
tsp baking powder,
1/2 tsp baking soda,
1/2 cup(90 gm) powdered sugar,
60 ml regular vegetable oil,
5 tbsp milk,
Puree of 1 overripe banana.
Method:- Sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda together and keep aside. Combine the sugar and oil in a bowl and mix till all the sugar dissolves, add milk and mix it well.Add the banana puree, mix it again. Add the flour mixture and mix it gently and make a smooth batter. Pour the batter into greased tin of your choice.Preheat your microwave oven on 180 degree, once it give the beep, put the tin on lo wrack and bake it for 20 minutes.The cake is ready when leaves the sides of the tin.When ready give a standing time of 3 minutes. your egg less cake is ready to serve.
