Energy rich dry fruit bar serves as a great healthy snacks for kids .This bar meets the iron,protein ,vitamin and energy rich daily requirements for kids and also can be prepared very quickly.

1 cup roasted almond
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped dates
½ cup flaxseeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
1.Line an 8*8 inch baking pan with parchment or wax paper so the paper hangs over the edges. 2.combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. 3.Place the combined mixture in pan pressing down firmly with palm of hands and distributing as evenly as possible. 4.Allow pan to sit in freezer for 15 min. 5.Remove the pan from freezer and gently peel the wax paper away and slice into small bar shaped pieces . 6. store in airtight container . NOTE You can add your own ingredients as per your taste to make this bar.
