If you love the taste and smells of Fall time this is the Chili for you! With a hint of cloves and allspice it is a must try!

1/2 a green pepper diced, 1 onion diced, 1 clove of garlic minced, 1 lb hamburger, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1 30 oz can kidney beans, 1 28 oz can tomatoes crushed, 1 cup of frozen corn, 3 tsp brown sugar, 3 tsp oregano, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp coriander, 1/4 tsp cloves, 1/4 tsp allspice.
Saute green pepper and onion with the hamburger. Drain hamburger grease. Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir. Bring chili to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer, cover the pot and simmer for 1 hour. Then uncover the pot and cook for another 30 minutes.
